Whoever runs this location, lacks communication skills. I turned in my dolly, and this person texted me out of the blue and did not say who they were or what business they were with and just tried telling me an accusing me that I stole the dolly and if I didn’t return it, I would be charged $300 even though I have pictures of me returning the dolly and even shows that the dolly is back in U-Haul‘s inventory.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWell, everything was fine except the U-Haul app adds all these other items and products and services when you go to checkout you have to make sure they’re taken off of your bill. And rental for my 2995 Truck only driven 13 1/2 miles ended up being costing almost $80. That I can’t hardly wrap my head around.
Susan NProfessional. Was able to advise on the exact equipment needed. I highly recommend the Cynthiana location!
ANDY PThis is a business that also happens to do U-Haul? I was there after hours. although somebody from there did call me a couple days later to tell me I left my glasses in the truck. That was nice of them. It was pretty much just a gravel lot, no complaints
