I called before returning truck and was assured they were open til 6pm. I arrived at 4:30 to find a sign on door stating attendant was "our on property". Looked around and found no one. I called the number on sign that stated to call to get attendant...only got Customer Service, left message, no one ever called back. Ending up leaving keys in box....it was 4:30 and I wanted to speak to someone about overcharge. This was an inconvenience to me.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThw staff was friendly but pickup took longer than it should have. Training doesn't seem like it is done particularly well for the staff. The gentleman behind the counter had to be shown how to assign my equipment.

FLOYD GWhen I made this online reservation I declined all coverage but somehow I still got charged for it. I had to call Uhaul myself because the location "doesn't have the authority" to refund me after I was wrongfully charged the $15 fee. Uhaul said they would refund me so let's wait and see. I've used Uhaul many times before, ask for the front desk to explain the charges before they hand you the receipt. No one went over my charges with me they just charged me and handed me a receipt. If I don't get my refund I'll probably never use them again, bad for business to be scamming people like this.
