The person that day must be new. Needs more training/experience. It would also be helpful if they didn't park personal vehicles in the way of getting through the gate.

SHAWN HThis location set our before-hours pick up as an in person pick up rather than it being set the correct way to pick up by phone. One of the workers was sitting in his car (later found out when we went when the store opened) and literally saw us and did not offer to help. We lost time due to this setback, and nothing was done.
