The check in experience in with the phone app was one of the worst technological experiences ive ever had. Just a complete waste of time and ultimately cost me 45 minutes due to having to redo taking pictures and the app not working. Then the app penalized me by still making me return the rental at the same time even though it was single handedly the reason i took so long. Ill probably never go through uhaul again because of it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation was fine however if there was any other truck rental in the area other than UHAUL I would use them. It’s a literal nightmare trying to deal with their Mobil pick up. The app is total garbage. Took over an hour just to get keys
Julie WAs far as I can see nothing it was an excellent experience and the women was friendly and very professional
David HThere was no one there, so I did the check out via my phone.
CYNTHIA MBetter internet service. Truck parked too far from the building in a poor cell phone reception area. Leaving slow to no service. Therefore slowing down the online process.
