Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFriendly staff. I ordered a furniture dolly rental along with my 12x6' trailer that wasnt at this location when I went to pick up the truck and had to spend another hour that morning searching for another store with a dolly which decreased the time I had to load the truck (I think this is a central issue with scheduing and not this specific location. Also there was a pretty thick layer of dirt on the bottom of the traielr, likely due to Iowa's dirt roads which needed to be cleaned before I could load my stuff. Also during transport over 5 days when it was raining some water got into the trailer and furntiure pads were wet when removing. Again, not necesarily this location's issue.
Andrew KThe worst moving experience I’ve ever had.
