Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe clerk completely messed up my reservation and was very slow. He changed the drop off location then said he could not change it back. He continued the help other customers while in the middle of setting up my reservation. The glass around the front counter made it extremely difficult to communicate.
Benjamin WCommunication was extremely difficult at this location due to language barriers
goinsb GThis comment is for U-Haul, not the location where I made a pickup. My reservation was originally set for Piggly Wiggly in Danville. I went to that location and the staff told me they did not have my reservation. The reservation had moved to Lakeside Motors (how?!). I went there and they were closed and the truck was not ready for after hours checkout (even though I found a text saying the vehicle would be ready at that location). U-Haul ultimately helped me secure the truck at a third location. There the app was very ineffective and I could not upload any photos of the vehicle.
Brian WI would just make sure its not parked in grass in the unlikely event that there are unseen hazards.
