Truck was dirty inside. Ash and debris may have ruined our belongings. Requested moving blankets and dolly not provided eventgough location knows we were doing after hour pickup. We expect uhaul to refund money.

Deborah DNo one on site. Posted instructions said to call. No one answered no returned call. Moving pads requested were not supplied. ( I've received credit since)

Ghanshyamsinh CI dropped off the moving truck. Backed it n right next to the others. Brought the key in to the guy. He was on the phone, but he took the key from me and waved. I brought the truck back with the same gas it left with but had a $20 fuel charge afterward. That's NOT cool. I will absolutely go with a different rental company next time.
