Great service, would have given it 10 stars, but 5 stars was as high as the survey allowed. When we arrived at our destination, we used the U-Haul app to get in contact with a company to help us unload the moving van. We picked the company with the best rating (and it happened to be the cheapest-go figure), but these 2 guys showed up on time, worked their asses off-emptied the truck in just over one hour (they were contracted for 2 hours). they were great, no complaining-very professional. It was very hot and humid at our destination, no shade, no breeze and the stuff had to be carried up 2 flights of stairs. Thank you U-Haul for having this available for us-it was great.
