Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAC was welcoming and very helpful after we provided feedback on 2 issues with the vehicle.
Ernest RAfter reviewing my receipt, the time says a later drop off than what’s factual ( review the camera) the gas says a non factual amount. I was charged at least 70 dollars more than I should have been charged. I have never before and never will I again use this location. I will make a formal complaint. In addition to this I was called earlier yesterday by a very passive aggressive person from U-Haul who insisted that I was late returning the truck only for him to realize that he was wrong. It’s ironic that now I’m being over charged.
Sherry NDropped off after hours. No problem dropping off.
