Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthere was CATS everywhere inside the location and smelt like cat pee… i didn’t even feel comfortable giving him my information but i had too…
Joseph ADrop off was good
Fred SThe pickup location smelled like straight cat pee. We waited outside in the windy chilly weather because of that. The U-Haul had ashes in the cup holder from the prior person smoking and empty Gatorade bottles under the seat. The key was VERY hard to get out and you had to fight with it. 0/10 worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. I also returned the U-Haul on time and still got a call from U-Haul the next day stating the vehicle wasn’t returned and I had to call back and explain I dropped it off at the same location and what time I dropped it off.
Patricia PParking lot was very tiny and did not know where I could park. Wasn’t as uniformed as it could have been. Drop the keys off through a glass door which didn’t seem secure. Additionally homeless people were sleeping in the parking lot beside the trucks. Self drop off
