The location was great, but UHaul overcharged me for an extra day, even though your digital transaction email and the location just said to bring it back today with NO specific time!!!!

The location for pickup was good - thanks to my bro Jay, but my experience calling Uhaul and roadside assistance for help during my reservation was terrible
VALLERIE KThe business was closed. I had to call a number for help. I couldn't lift the tongue to put it on the ball. I found a man to help me. I was given a $20 discount for the inconvenience.
Judy MThe large parking area in De Queen allowed plenty of room for dropping the trailer with ease. I can not really rate the drop off location’s personnel as they were closed the day I returned the trailer. I called the customer service for drop off assistance. The contract number could not be found with either of the customer service representatives so this limited them in their ability to confidently assist with the drop off. They were both very friendly and as helpful as they could with the information and questions I had for them.
Carla SI was not made aware that I was supposed to take pictures of the trailer upon renting it. The rental person should mention this . I saw the text too late. My fault.
