Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEasy to make reservation and return. Thank you. I will renting again wen I need it.
Norikazu KThe staff were helpful and kind. They were patient and help me get the paperwork done. It was all very simple. Dan hooked up my trailer with me, very courteous
Brewster IIt would have been a better pick up if I recieved the following information: Dispatcher should have informed me that completing the paper work ahead of time would make the pick up easier, the vehicle did NOT have cruise cintrol, the vehicle max speed was 119 km hour and that the final truck mileage reading would be in miles and nesd to be converted. The vehicle was clean, but the window was not washed.
Susan HTHE ONLINE PROCESS WAS INEFFICIENT.
