It was closed but the gentlemen opened up and let us return our U-Haul. Very friendly and helpful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe trailer was dirty on the inside. We had to sweep it before we loaded it, which wasn’t a big deal but it was returned cleaner than when we picked it up
Billie RI had problems with the app; it never accepted the pictures upon return, but did send a receipt. Location was fine; closed on Saturday, but I checked out online.

Kari AFirst I had issues checking out my rental. They were really nice but did not act like they were serving a customer. The added a dolly and 6 blankets to my order. Then said they couldn't take it off until the supervisor did it. They did remove it after a few hours. Then When it came time to drop it off they were closed I used the app to drop it off and there was a GPS error. It showed completed on my phone but the next day I saw it still active. I called and asked them to check it in manually. They said the supervisor was out and he would get it as soon as he got back. My rental was checked in almost 5 days late. I kept in touch with the 1800 number customer support and they documented everything so they could not say I did not check it in but it felt shady.
