I rented Tow Dolly. It was the roughest riding Tow Dolly I've ever rented. It bounced like hell all the way to my destination and all the way back. I drove four hours with a bouncing Tow Dolly…. I would like a refund.

Marty LThe staff at the body shop were great,, personally understand and took great care of me. I qm sure if the last customer did not say anything about the problems with the truck they would not of known. Thruck itself was clean. The tow dolley did its job. So the steering wheel was way off center to the left. There was a weird noise from the exhaust. A few times when taking off from a stop tbere was a miss/bucking intbe truck. . U-haul yourself i feel way overcharged me with a $1.00 per mile. I can see a charge for mileage when going that far but $950.00 or so was too much to me.
GREGORY SThe rep. I dealt with at this location seemed unable or incapable of operating her computer properly. She said she'd entered authorized drivers info when she copied licenses , front and back. Unfortunately I didn't realize she had only put 1 on the contract. She also said she could not enter my preferred drop off location. I had to return home and contact uhaul corporate to address these issues.
