This location was great to work with. The following comments are directed at uhaul.com, not this location. The amount and number requests made by "uhaul.com" was exasperating, very frustrating. Booking equipment online was easy. Then in the middle of travel you get a request to confirm your reservation which is pretty involved i.e. taking pictures of drivers license, and then after picking up trailer you receive a request to confirm license plate number equipment, again while are driving and then after accessing app you find the request timed out and then you a request to confirm your return time because others need the to complete their move. Note. When the trailer was dropped their multiple trailer already at the drop off location. Your online customer contact needs to be improved! Simply eliminate customer contact after booking the equipment. At least streamline it. Have ever surveyed customers on "uhaul.com"? Both locations and personal were great.
