I went to get my down deposit and they said "we dont do that here", even though I chose Cash as my refund option. Then they gave me a phone number and the lady helped me on the phone and told me to come back in to collect cash or a check because the lady working there lied to me and they still didn't give me my money. I now have to wait for a check in the mail. A joke of a company and a joke of employees work there please don't drop off at this location. Worst uhaul experience I've ever been a part of and im pissed I still don't have my money.
