Got charged for more miles than I drove and charged for gas and I put more gas in the truck than it had in it when I picked it up.

Rick bGreat service and people here were very helpful. My issue is that this was the 3rd location I needed to get to because the truck I was told to received ended up not being available. I then was given a 26' truck when I reserved a 15' truck. also, there was NO Dolly, and I was forced to rent a dolly from a third party. Also, I was not given the right number of moving blankets.
Trent VI was calling around looking for a truck for one day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t giving good service from the Toledo office. I called here and The lady Tony went above and beyond to help me. Her manager was also very nice. I loved how clean the truck was. I would definitely return to this location. Taneka,
Taneka LCommunication goes a long way. I was told where to pick my truck up and where to return it and that's exactly what I did. 2 weeks later they are calling me to say I never returned it and tried to take $900 out of my bank account thank God I didn't have $900 in my account at that time! I would never recommend uhaul to anyone!!
