This location was closed when I returned the equipment. Again, the app was frustrating. It got to the point to take a picture of the parked truck and froze up. It asked if I was having problems and then told me to just put the keys in the box. The actual moving experience/equipment was good. The app needs a lot of work!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHave your agents stop charging people for things that they didn’t order. Employee added insurance when I told him I didn’t want it because was only traveling 10 miles. Look at the receipt
Eric RMy estimate was $74. You charged me a total of $102. I traveled less than my estimated miles. It should have been less than $74. I will never use uhaul again.
Constantine MThey issue is we had to go an our out of our way to get the trailer, but that has nothing to do with the pick up point. I was surprised that by Milkwaukee, WI there wasn't a trailer available closer to our destination. Overall, the pick up place was excellent to work with.
