First, this location is in a very unsafe location. For example there were passed out people in the parking lot. Second, when I reserved the truck, I had no idea it was at a self service uhaul location. No one at the gas station would help us other than to say to scan the code. Uhaul MUST make it more obvious about which locations are self service vs those that have staff.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTook an hour to get checked in because your app is trash. Customer service did nothing helpful.
Kevin CDid not have equipment we rented, did not know how to refund us for the equipment that was missing. Took 35 minutes to get checked out and leave the lot with the truck
Delaney MRental experience was great and the person handling it was very easy to work with
Andrew CTire was low on the truck but the guy at the store said it was just a vehicle error. Recommend that is taken care of.
