When having issue with picking up the rental, the number listed as a contact person answered, hung up, and then refused to take my calls. The truck itself does not run well, overall it was an incredibly difficult experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was not “easy and convenient pickup.” Uhaul app wasn’t reading my pick up. Had to be on the phone for 1 hour before being able to get my keys, whoever runs this as their partnership w uhaul was not helpful. On my original order etc I said NO to individual pick up and that I wanted desk / in person service and last minute got switched to this. Very inconvenient and stressful for moving day.
natasha wI paid for a dolly and the truck did not have one. There was also no actual store so I was unable to talk to any employees about it.
