Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was not full of gas when we picked it up. I was charged once at the gas pump and then again inside. The store attendant talked so softly and had to be reminded to speak up several times. He had a thick accent and I couldn’t understand him. A $19.95 truck ended up costing a $128 on paper but when it came thru my bank, it was $144. Will never rent from that location again.
Renee PTruck was dirty. did not have the tools that were paid for at check out. Another uhaul truck hit my personal vehicle on site and ran and the manager did nothing to help. horrible experience will not use again and will not recommend anyone else use also.
KEVIN MCustomer service is inefficient.
Chinedu oThey gave me an almost empty truck that was dirty inside and overcharged me on gas when I returned after only putting 7 miles on the truck
