The experience of getting the truck was confusing with no physical person there, getting the key out of the Number box, proved to be difficult…. taking pictures of the entire truck and doing most of the work wasn’t very fun. The location was easy to get to through navigation. Also, I don’t like how they lock on the GPS tracker on my iPhone until the transaction is completed a.k.a. I have returned to the truck, but overall the truck ran just fine with cold AC and it was clean, and the back door rolled up real easy

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis location needs to be required to provide a gate code for returns after-hours. Their hours are odd too. They close at 2pm??? I was lucky. I followed someone in that had a code eventually, but I couldn’t get ahold of anyone other than a U-Haul rep to try to help me. The key drop off was also behind the gate so I couldn’t find a “legal” parking spot to park and do my rental return unless I got in.
Stephen CProvide gate code or have personnel that help you get in and drop off vehicle. No help or direction to drop off and blocked out by gate
