Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCould not get them to answer the phone. No one was there. Door was locked. They finally called me back and told me which trailer to take. Because U-Haul does not put jacks in their trailers and my hitch is approximately 2’ off the ground I could not get the trailer hooked up. I texted them for help because they don’t answer the phone and asked for help. I have a bad back and they send a 14 year old kid out to help! We got it connected but it was not easy. Once connected I checked the light and right brake light and blinker was not working. I was not about to try and switch to another trailer so I told them I would just take it anyway. Drop off time and could not get anyone to answer the phone so I had to off load trailer by myself. Sent text with pictures to prove trailer was there and in good condition and left. Got a text 1 hour later saying they would email me the receipt. I will never go there again. Cannot believe U-Haul lets people like that rent their equipment.
