Everything was in order and the vehicle was available when we got there. The staff was courteous and friendly. I can't think of anything else to improve.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck we received was dirty and wasn't full of gas. So when we return the truck we have to full up the truck since we didn't know how much gas we used. Also the truck was dirty and there was a lot of flies in it (probably because of some spill liquid that hasn't been cleaned). I'm not a person who give bad reviews, but I don't have the choice this time.
Mylene HI think every thing was good.Excellent experience with U-Haul. The rental process was easy and smooth, the vehicle was clean and reliable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything went perfectly. I would definitely use U-Haul again and highly recommend their service. clear and well organised
Mamad NGood service
DENIS JInside cab of truck was not clean and had a bit of garbage left around on floor and console. Check inside and clean after drop off would be nice. Also, I recommended that instead of 2 small covered trucks, they should have a 1/2 truck for lumber pick-up or even appliance pick-uo. A refrigerator for example will not fit in smaller covered truck.
