HAROLD ODO NOT reserve from this people. They are scammers. They add extra more miles than you don’t used and add the coverage without your permission. Their phone number is out of service no way to communicate with them.
Manuel AI was charged for gas when I returned it as I received it and they added an insurance without asking me if I wanted it. I tried calling the location but their number doesn't even work.
ken vI hate giving negative reviews but this was easily one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I wouldn’t spend my Saturday evening writing this review for something small. We arrived to pick up our truck before 2:00 PM, only to find that the location had closed early with absolutely no notice. We then wasted over an hour trying to figure out how to complete the remote pickup, access the lockbox, and get the key. There was no one at the location to help, and the entire process was unnecessarily frustrating, especially when you’re in the middle of a move and working on a tight schedule with an elevator reservation and friends waiting to help. Once we finally got the truck, things didn’t improve. There was no hand truck or dolly in the vehicle, despite needing one for the move and originally putting it into the reservation. The truck itself was extremely worn down and clearly had seen better days. The interior smelled bad, felt filthy, and generally seemed poorly maintained. Looking around the location, the other vehicles also appeared old and heavily worn, which did not inspire much confidence. The building itself looked even worse, like an abandoned warehouse. Overall, this location was awful. Poor communication, nonexistent customer support, missing equipment, and old, dirty vehicles. Closing early without notifying customers who have reservations is completely unacceptable with no phone number to call. I called once it rang and no one picked up, I called again immediately and the phone number was disconnected! I couldn’t believe it. I would strongly recommend using a different U-Haul location or another rental company altogether like Home Depot.
