Have equipment clean & maintained. Windshield had not been cleaned in awhile. Customer service was STELLAR from Heather to the area manager... very kind & helpful!! I would still use this location for my relocation needs.
Marcia TAlthough I gave an average review, it was quite frustrating when I arrived there. Traffic on 93 caused me to be 15 minutes late and I was in a hurry. The signage on the outside led me to think that I had to go through the whole process on my phone. I had the U-Haul app on my phone, but could not figure it out. I called the number listed for the location and John told me to just go in and somebody would help. They did, and I was able to get my rental. The phone app wanted me to take pictures of front, back and sides, but the truck was parked too tightly for me to comply. However, it all turned out okay.
