There're no signs to say who to talk to or where to leave the equipment. They seem to run the uhaul business from the variety store. When i arrived there was no attendant. So another gentleman and i walked around for 10mins looking for someone. Once the attendant showed. He helped the Person wanting to pay for gas. Then gave me trouble for being 10 mins late. When i had been there for 15min which i thought was ridiculous. He then got on the phone talking in his native tongue joking and laughing while looking at my paper work. Which felt offensive. He gave poor instructions on where he wanted to trailer parked and told me to park it. Then yelled at me to grab my paperwork first. Lol then made me wait while he photocopied my paperwork. So i confirmed where he wanted the trailer parked. Which just seemed to annoy him and then i was finally able to leave. Very strange attitude at this location

Tom CThe guy at the counter has very bad attitude he told me to call head office and book the dolly while he was just on his phone. He told me that he can't make the reservation because he was busy i told him that he had bad customer service and he said am free to f off and leave after finally getting tru by calling head office on Clarke rd in London a service rep by the name Stella was very helpful in seeing the reservation tru she even waited on the phone for me to make sure I had gotten tru after finishing i had to go out in the yard and look for the dolly my self and also hook it up my self all he did when I drove to the store front was took a picture of the hook up I asked him to check the lights and he refused I leave with the dolly and return it back like 2hrs later and I told him and he said he will close the reservation when he's ready
KHALEEL MThey didn’t have a dolly that I requested and was just told to go to another location. I was told it would be removed from the bill, yet I was still charged.
