I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone I will never use U-Haul ever again as they gave me a truck that was completely empty on gas and I put gas in and returned the truck exactly the way it was and U-Haul now wants to charge for 14gsllons of gas plus a 30$ fee even tho they gave me a truck that was completely empty DO NIT USE U-HAUL THEY ARE SCAM ARTUSTS SBD WILL RIO YOU OFF!!! They charged my account several times I re ten a 10' fir 2 hours they charged me 200$

We selected this location as our drop off and U-Haul changed to 13.5 miles away, called U-Haul and after being transferred 5 times they changed it back to the original location we picked. Disappointed that they were adding miles onto trip and taking time away from our 24 hour rental.

Christopher KThis was acceptable for a pickup as long as you know how to hitch everything yourself. They checked our reservation and told us the trailer was in the back and help ourselves.
