All was well. I was supposed to use the app to pick up, and actually needed to go in to ask for help, and the person running the storage place was most helpful. Overall, very easy process. Clean truck. Rode very well.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisit was a bit far from us but had the size truck we needed and the service was excellent.
DAVID PThanks for making it all easy even though I was doing pickup/dropoff up after hours.
Hannah RThere was some confusion about how to drop off our truck, but we made a call and received helpful advice. Thank-you for making an extra trip to retrieve the truck from the site of Affordable Storage Guys in North Dunlap, TN. We appreciate your extra assistance!
CHRISTY HThe 24/7 share experience was difficult, took over an hour to get code after arriving at dealership, pads that were in truck as ordered Check engine light came on, and AC did not function properly. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH U HAUL EVER!
