Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCould be different during the day, but at night it’s super dark and very limited area to work with. There is also a very large dog who barks very aggressively anytime you get near the gate, which is required as part of your self-service pickup and drop off. Would not be good for any little one who are scared of big dogs. Main complaint is just how dark it is. Makes assessing for damages very difficult. Also not a very good location for cell service which made the app slower than normal.
James WLeft front tire kept loosing air and had to stop regularly to inflate it. Cost me $3.50 each time. Besides that, truck drive well.
HUGO UThe ground is very uneven which was a hazard when trying to walk around the truck and inspect.
Kyra ZThe installation is an accident waiting to happen. Dirty and unsafe to walk in. The attendant was not friendly at all, wanted to charge me for 2 days right off the bat. She works in a large closet, a one-man band. Shame on you for allowing such a setup!!! I’m NEVER using your services again and will share with all my friends and family, what a shambles you have out there.
