Have a specific person for U-Haul business at pick up and drop off locations. (Gas stations) it took almost an hour to pick up because they kept serving other customers instead of finishing with me.

I was disappointed that I found out at pick up that a fridge cart was not available. I was disappointed how long it took to pick up and return this rental. It was at least 1/2 hour for each. For a 20 rental this was far too time consuming and will likely go to another location next time. I have had good experiences at other locations. A rental service must be more streamlined with the customer in mind.
