They were very friendly and personable. They were unable to provide us with the U-Haul we ordered because it had low tire pressure, but made it up by providing us a larger one. She gave good advice and answered all our questions.

Mark HFront passenger tire was low. Attempted to put air in it and the valve inside the valve stem was stuck in, so all it did was leak more air. Called roadside assistance at around 5-6pm and they were not able to get someone to fix the tire until 10am the next morning, which was not acceptable customer service. I also gave them names of two places in the town that could fix the tire, but none of those options were used by roadside assistance. Uhaul should be able to do better than they did.
