Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCourtney was proficient, professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the U-Haul process. Just moving my belongings from one place to another caused apprehension and stress because I had to move all the belongings by myself. This was minimized by Courtney by her willing ness to assist in the rental by providing spotless, modern and quality U-Haul equipment to me. The friendly service upon pickup and return of the equipment reflects the quality of I have come to expect and receive every time U-Haul has been there for me to make my many moves. Thank you.
William LBe able to adjust side view mirrors. Trying to see out if the passenger side view mirror was difficult.
Jason CFor the most part the truck was clean. Did find someone else's food wrappers and the back had dog food in it. It would be great to have power ocks on these trucks.
Brian TI got moved to this location due to my original selected location not having the haul available and this location was awful. The location was unorganized and did not have the hail that we requested ready when we go there. The lady working the desk did not know where the keys for the U-Haul were and told us she didn’t know if they had it. We waited for her to do a check in of the U-Haul (that should’ve already been done instead of keeping us waiting) and then we were charged extra for gas when the initial check in stated there was more gas in the truck than what there was (which I documented but was still charged.) it was overall just a horrible experience, would not recommend this location.
