Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTook to long to verify reservation. Found that the trailer was missing an axle dust cover, and had a bent wheel. Bent wheel did not pose any risk, I replaced the dust cover with one from tractor supply myself. Other than that, trailer was very useful and pulled great.
Sam RThe return went smoothly.
DAVID FWe rented one place- we’re called the night before with a change of pickup location and equipment. When we arrive to pick up the truck- they did not have it and sent us a get another location to get truck. We wasted over an hour and drove all over the place! Then the return location was changed without my knowledge. I called the number and had it changed back. But- once again resulted in lost time and extra miles driven. Worst experience that we have had with U-Haul.
Dekle GOnly problem was inconsistent internet. Owner was great!
