I was rear ended while waiting at a red light. I filled a police report, have the insurance informal to the uhaul location, and provided every bit of information to be documented. All the information that was sent in uhauls email back to me was incorrect.  If I am to submit this to my insurance company for reimbursement, I can not submit incorrect documents.  I was explicit in how it was to be documented, yet it was completely wrong.  Additionally, when I walked out of the uhaul location, we had agreed on one thing, and something completely different was charged, amounting to fraud, as it was not authorized by me. Furthermore, you are charging for things that were not damaged in the accident and are not related to my contract with uhaul.  I would like and appreciate a call back to go over these charges and to correct the information in the attached documents. I would also like a refund of the amount charged that was not authorized or I will be contacting an attorney to handle this matter in court.

Before I exited the location, I told both the customer rep and the manager that the 'Out' mileage on the rental contract was incorrect and didn't match the odometer reading . They told me they would annotate/correct the contract in the system. However, when I received the final bill via email. the mileage was not corrected. Also, upon return, I sat in the vehicle for 10 minutes waiting to be checked out. No service rep ever greeted me. I searched outside and in the office but could not find any employees. However, I heard 2 or more employees laughing and joking somewhere in the back of the office. Only when I hollered for help did some one come out front to check me out.

Was supposed to be a one way trip. Made me take it round trip last minute. Had to have someone drive 60 miles to get me. transmission was starting to go. Wouldnt change gears properly. Front seat cushion was bad. Very uncomfortable. Felt like sitting on the bottom. Another customer was there and she was supposed to pick up the day before and the didnt have her rental sent her to delaware and the didnt have it so she was back.

My original reservation was canceled by uhaul rep bc someone else was paying a much higher rate on a one way. I only found out when I went to try and pickup the truck.

The bucket compartment had debris in it from a previous user. Staff at location is slow. Also, I left a popsocket holder in the vehicle. I tried calling 4 different times and couldn't get a hold of any employee. The line kept disconnecting after staying on hold for several minutes.

The truck was clean when we received it however there is a leak and my boxes got wet during transit! In addition, we were told that we could pick up our truck either an hour before or Up to an hour after our scheduled timeslot but we' we're not informed that if we had the 7 AM pick up time that we could not come earlier than that!

Disaster !!!! Absolute Disaster !!!! I arrived to a Lei Yeung and my nightmare started I was asked to download the APP for safety then the Credit Card machine was like right next to her she kept asking to grab my phone so she can download the APP WTF then I got the key and she pointed me to wrong truck the other worker outside on his smoking break for his second time in 10 minutes was yelling to look at the number on the truck and correspond it with the key I couldn't find the secret code number on the truck then I finally found it above the cab after all that they gave me the wrong truck with no gas compared to my receipt and 10,000 more miles than what my receipt said What a freek show disaster Customer service training needed !!!! I returned the truck to Colleen Ryan and told ger what happened and she said she was crazy too WTF ? Terribly unprofessional fro A to Z
