We picked up the truck with remote login which was difficult. But worse was that the truck was filled with cardboard boxes, bags of clothing and other stuff. Gas was near empty at pickup and we paid for gas in our rental (and again paid for gas also to get to destination)

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe seats smelled like someone gross sat on it before and my clothes stank after driving it the whole time. Otherwise the truck was clean. It was a fairly uncomfortable ride compared to other Uhauls I’ve had in the past. I would likely choose another company next time.
Daniel LHaving a description of where the key drop-box would have been great, but not a big deal.
Erik PClose to our house, empty parking lot so plenty of space, but no one was there so dropped it and left.
Vincent CI have not received a receipt showing the final charges? Can someone provide ASAP. Thanks
