Fuel tank was almost empty when truck was picked up. Dollies that we had pre ordered were not present in the truck or at location. Poor communication - spent almost an hour on phone with support due to lack of effort by manager of location. Ken Vasek called Friday(one day before pickup) and said he would not be available tomorrow for the pre scheduled in person pickup as he has a basketball tournament to go to.

Jim DThe East Grand Forks location is great. Clean and organized. This location was 50 miles further away from where I made the original reservation. It was changed by UHaul too late for me to arrange another day for using the rental. The increased time and expense of the rental due to the changed location is the primary reason for the below average rating. The app is a hot mess. I had driven the extra hour for pickup only to learn I had to provide a photograph of my passport or of a lease or of an employer (I'm retired and it was a national holiday). The chat function and 800 # were ineffective at resolving.
