Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo improvement needed. My trip getting a truck n toy hauler trailer was a night mare. U-Haul on gateway in grand forks, nd came through to check around for what I needed. Less then a mile away a toy hauler trailer was available. Thank you so much for the kindness from both places.
Donna DThank you for accommodating us with our travel changes!
Melanie A"Clean and inviting" is in the eye of the beholder. Cleanliness of office/location was average and did not impact the moving experience. What mattered to me was a clean and well maintained truck and in this regard, all was excellent. Thank you!
Joseph MNeighborhood dealer made me drop everything I was doing during my move out to pick up U-Haul 3 hours before schedule pick up time because he “had to other things to do” giving me an ultimatum that I would not be able to pick up the u haul trailer at all.
