Place was pretty old and run down but the guys working were really nice and helpful. No problem with the pick up. Wish I cold have picked up at the location close to my home where I initially went to rent from but it all worked out.

Christopher GGreat customer service
Eric HMy complaint is with the Bloomington IL location (Dunn ave) who called me 1/2 hour before I was scheduled to pick up the truck. The lady said she had no trucks and had me travel 45 minutes away in E Peoria. I was disappointed because i scheduled this truck I. Bloomington where I live a week earlier. I no longer trust U-HAUL because there’s no point in scheduling a vehicle when they won’t have one available when you need it.
Scott LBranch was sufficient for U-haul. Guys were nice and they helped me hookup. More U-Haul branding inside and trade-dress furniture would make it seem more professional.
