I requested a utility dolly to move a couch and a refrigerator for $15.00. The truck did not come with a dolly. I advised them of this and the removed that charge and charged me for 12 furniture moving pads/blankets. I never requested them in the initial reservation. The truck did not come with anything in the back but trash. I sent several pictures as the app said to do and he still charged me. I should have read the reviews before renting. DO NOT PICK THIS LOCATION!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad to wait 10 minutes to be let into the building in a bad neighborhood. Computer issues. Agent forgot to provide dolly. Very dissatisfied.
DOMINIC CThis location is impossible to find. We wanted to pick up closer to our house and UHaul moved us here. The lady working was very kind though
LISA WNone of the dollys or furniture pads purchased were in the vehicle the location is pinned wrong you have to go up another street in order to get to the one way it’s on
Asah WNear impossible to find while driving. We parked the truck to explore on foot. The storefront is a walking mall. Found the key drop off. Nowhere to park near the building. Had to park it in a lot nearby. Bunch of one way streets all going the same direction. We had to make many trips around until we could park. Used up our fuel. Uhaul should not be using this location.
