The pick up process was smooth and very convenient. The young man who checked me in was helpful and efficient. The return process leaves something to be desired. It wasn't clear where to leave the truck or where to return the keys to. I also was struggling with internet so I had to take multiple rounds of photos of the truck to return it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisJust give an orientation for the vehicle you hand over to the customer. Other than that it was all good. No complaints at all.
HIMANSHU SI had to return the vehicle after hours. The return procedure through the app was slow and cumbersome. I spent over 20 minutes in the rain having to take several photos. The worst part was the lack of speed to upload information. I don't blame the facility, this was an obvious problem with U-haul's software.
