I made a reservation over the phone but there was nobody there to give me the truck or go over the paperwork. The proprietor was rude. The one at the haul in northampton was dismissive and condescending. The one in easthampton was very unhelpful and failed to contact me when their hours changed after the reservation was made.

Since pick up and drop offs can vary I have no idea if the condition of this truck is the responsibility of any particular location. What I can say is that the cargo portion of the truck was very clean and actually wet mopped. That was good. I do think the vehicle needs an alignment and a brake job. The vehicle drove like it had been abused. Was difficult to keep straight and the truck shook when brakes were applied. Other than that it met my needs and I appreciated the availability of it.
