The uhaul system on the inside of the building was down. However, the attendant was nice and helpful. They told me I could check it in using the app on my phone. I did the mobile truck share. That is a nice feature. Thank you for the easy process. The app was slow at times but I think it is the location and cell reception in the area. Have a wonderful day. Again. Thank you.

Yesenia PThere was no inspection done with the U-Haul agent prior to the rental. We completed our own walk around inspection and discovered a few things wrong that we took pictures of so that we could make sure we weren’t charged for when we dropped it off.
