To start location is a fairly thin parking lot on the highway, normally not a problem but there was no parking upon drop off. Most importantly, I believe I was overcharged but I hadn't noticed until after. Place says it closes at 5 on google. I walk in to drop off the truck and revise the reciepts. I waited 10 min for nobody to come. Then some guy came in yelling were closed and he doesnt care call uhaul, other employee was nice but blonde guy wanted to go home and was very very rude about it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe dirt lot needs much improvement. No organization. Equipment scattered about. Somewhat confusing where to enter due to lack of signage.
Keith HI purchased gas before returning. I have pictures of the gas gauge from the time I rented and from when I returned. The pictures match, yet I was charged $13 for gas. Not nice and I will be pursuing. I tried to send pictures when I got my emailed invoice however, mailbox was full and could not accept.
