The girl inside of the convenience store had no clue how to do U-Haul. The only guy that knew how to do it was at Temple and she had to wait for him to call. And when he finally called, he hung up on her Midway through. The equipment that we rented. Somebody put the ratchet straps on backwards. It took us over 30 minutes to get them undone to where we were able to use them. There's a short in the wiring on the trailer or in the lights. We're not sure which. Which we did not find out until we returned it and they were flashing.
