I accidentally took to the wrong drop off location, but they never checked in the trailer causing me to have four extra days service charge. They could’ve taken the serial number off of the trailer and checked it so I could have avoided fees, even if it was the wrong location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOption to pick up at anytime, place doesn’t open until 9 am. I rented an appliance dolly with the truck that was not in there. Multiple other things like dolly and moving blankets were added on to my order without me knowing and I did not add them to the order myself. U-Haul check in process went passed the check in stage without me being able to go though and verify mileage, gas, all that on my order.
Dillon J405Tractor was great, helpful, and quick. Excellent service from 405Tractor. Wish I could rate my initial scheduled pickup location that did not have my reservation available. Had to drive extra miles, and pay more for miles + gas, and added time, and be delayed starting the already grueling task of moving on a very hot day because of the key not being available. Customer service phone was a bit challenged as well in helping solve the issue. This was the second time to use the Seward Rd and Sooner, Guthrie, OK location. Only minor issues the first time. Won't even try to use that location in the future. I will be happy to just use 405Tractor in the future. Most satisfied with this U-Haul location than any I've ever used.
Paul HSell adaptors for the lights at the pick up location. Get the tractor store employees set up to access u-haul contracts and paperwork easier.
