Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was clean but the check engine light was on. The staff dealing with us was very poor with her communication. At one point she just grabbed my phone and started doing everything that she needed instead of telling me what she needed. Two weeks ago we rent a truck from another location and was very unpleased with the staff at that location as well.
Megan WI do not appreciate having to pick up the rental in a location where there is significant drug paraphernalia being displayed and being sold. I don't frequent those types of locations, nor do I want to enter them. The attendant was helpful, but his business clearly is focused on supporting the drug industry (whether it's legal or not). You may want to consider that. I was a customer of U-Haul and this is not your best face forward; you actually leave us no choice when trying to find locations that are close by when you franchise your business this way. Very disappointed.
madeleine sIt’s a small convenience store with all the windows covered. Nothing indicating that it’s a U-Haul location. I ordered 12 moving blankets and had to drive to another location to pick them up. Waste of my time.
barry mI don't know, the truck itself was great. The location was in a rough neighborhood. There was a homeless man defecating in the store during my drop off. Pick up was smooth.
