I called in advance last friday to rent a truck and was told that she had a 15 feet available but was having trouble with the computer at the moment and that she would call me back to rent it. I was not contacted again and tried multiple times to call, no answers. Monday was moving day and I went to the location being hopeful that the truck was rented at our name. At arrival, I was told no trucks available and only a small 4x8 and a open trailer was available. I took the open trailer as the closed was to small. They did not inspect the trailer before renting and the ball hitch was seized and the plug for the lights was short and damaged. Having already a bad experience I bought electrical tape and fixed the plug in a parking lot. Moving was a pain and It rained on my furniture. If I would have been contacted or If they at least picked up the phone I could have rented a closed truck at another location. Overall the experience was terrible and the staff did not seem to care.

Diane BThe location was closed when I picked up my equipment, but as I was loading up, one of the 6x12 trailers unexpectedly started to roll towards my car, luckily it hit the other U-Haul truck that was parked onsite before it got to my car, but would be worth looking into trailer chocks.
Ethan N1- Uhaul online made some reservation for 8:00 AM but they opened just at 11:00 !!! i paid 3 guys at 20$/hrs for help to move all the appliance and bedroom. 2- When i made my reservation online i request some moving blanket and they don't have some and a dolly and don't have it. 3- The truck on gaz was between 1/8 and 1/4 so i have to spend my time to gaz your truck and don't forget i paid 3 guys all that time i spend!!! 4- The back of the truck was not clean as well sand, rock a lot of dust!!! i move some materess couch i expect a cleantruck.
