My reservation was given away, I only received help. I called the U-Haul number, it took them 30 minutes to realize that they actually had the vehicle that I wanted. Just not the original one, and the other reservation that they gave away in my name is still on my account. I'll be honest, in terms of service. The phone center person was great and did what they could and I appreciate that. That is the nicest thing I have to say about this experience

the truck wasn't available at the location. Employee offer me to drive to a different location to pick up a truck. i was charged extra money to rent a bigger truck that i didn't need to get a job done
