Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app malfunctioned when attempting to "mobile pick-up" so I needed to go inside to get assistance from an employee at Woods Supermarket. Customer service was really quick and got me on my way within 15 minutes.
Joseph BThe Woods employee was snarky and very short with us . He made it very clear he does not want anything to do with U-haul rentals.

Tricia TThe particular associate that helped me check the truck in, seemed to not be well trained in the procedures. I believe we were able to work through the process, but it could have been more efficient if the staff were more confident on their side.
