Unfortunately, and probably unrelated, I got a credit card fraud after using it at this location, so I would suggest that the security of the computer being used, be checked. (I also used it at a Dollar General later that day). Will was excellent and answered all my questions so I understood how to use the equipment.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI spent 3 days on phones, as when I scheduled at the first pick up in Elizabethton, they did not have a truck. I was then sent to 3 other locations in the area promised a truck and they also did not have the truck I requested. Everyone in the Dispatch office and the pick up locations were all very nice and helpful. In the end I was compensated with a larger truck at no extra cost, also a few more perks, which I appreciated after the run around we had. Yes I would recommend U Haul again.
